At Fabules, all pieces are made to order with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.


No Refund Policy

Fabules operates under a strict no-refund policy.

  • No refunds (cash or store credit) are provided under any circumstances once an order has been placed.


Exchange & Correction Policy

Exchanges or corrections are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Sizing errors caused by Fabules

Important:

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.


Threads & Finishing Disclaimer

  • All Fabules products are custom-made.

  • Minor loose threads, inner finishes, or slight variations are considered normal and are not defects.

  • Exchanges will not be accepted due to dissatisfaction with fabric, color, design, or style after delivery.


Product Information Accuracy

  • Detailed information regarding fabric, sizing, and design is provided on each product page.

  • As all details are clearly mentioned, returns or cancellations will not be accepted due to personal preference or unmet expectations.


Order Cancellation & Payment

  • Once payment is completed, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying measurements before placing an order.


Alterations Policy

  • Fabules does not maintain ready stock; each order is custom-made.

  • If alterations are required:

    • Customers are responsible for all alteration and shipping costs.


Usage & Care Responsibility

  • Fabules is not responsible for damage caused by:

    • Improper handling or usage

    • Failure to follow washing or care instructions


Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Normal Season:
    Orders are processed within 7–14 business days, excluding holidays.
    Certain products and all jalabiyas may require up to 30 days.

  • High Season (Ramadan & Eid):
    Processing time may vary between 1 to 3 months, depending on demand.
    All orders will be delivered within the stated timeframe.


Receiving & Inspection

  • Customers must inspect orders immediately upon delivery.

  • For manufacturing defects or sizing errors caused by Fabules, customers must contact us within 24 hours.

  • Claims made after this period will not be reviewed.


Post-Delivery Responsibility

  • Fabules is not responsible for damage occurring:

    • After wearing the product

    • Due to incorrect washing or care
