Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

UAE: 1 Business Day
Gulf Countries: 3 to 5 Business Days
International: 7 to 10 Business Days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any items.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.

7. Customs & Duties
